As the lead content producer for FLAV, a dynamic recreational cannabis brand, I managed the entire creative process from concept to delivery. During my year-long full-time role, I conceptualized, produced, and edited compelling video and photo content that positioned FLAV not merely as a cannabis brand but as a lifestyle. My work spanned multiple platforms including social media, website, dispensaries, retail locations, music festivals, and promotional events—serving as everything from digital content to large-format banners and interactive tent displays—creating a unified visual identity that resonated with the target audience.
challenges & approach
While managing this role alongside college studies, I implemented efficient production strategies by scheduling talent and coordinating multiple studio shoots in single days. This approach built a robust content pipeline that maintained consistent delivery schedules while allowing me to focus on high-quality post-production, including VFX and animations.
